The Bison Ranch Sweater ™ is our signature piece. Hand sheared Montana bison fibers are blended with Montana alpaca and wool creating a hearty sweater that was grown, milled, and knitted in Montana. Field tested in the rugged Rocky Mountain back country, easy to pack, and tough enough to hunt, hike and camp in…plus toasty warm. The rib-roll neck band (shown) has a not-too-tight-just-right medium/wide opening. The classic saddle shoulder styling means a comfortable fit through the chest and shoulders. NEW fiber blend of 33%Bison 33%Alpaca 34% Montana Merino Wool (Bison Bliss), only firsts of each fiber is being used in this new blend. The softest most rugged blend yet, this yarn creates a heavy in weight, but thin knitted fabric that you can live in. The Bison Ranch Sweater also pairs with button-down shirts and T-shirts, jeans or khakis with ease. This is a great sweater for a great guy! Color: Brown with mahogany highlights. Because of the limited supply of bison fiber available, we have decided our customers deserve a custom sized sweater when they order. A measurement form can be downloaded from our site, so you get the fit you want. We will be in communication by email or phone throughout the process. No dyes or harsh chemicals used at any time during the processing of the fibers. USPS Priority Shipping included in price. Handling fee applied at checkout. Turn-around time is approximately 1- 2 weeks. Custom Sizing prices vary. Custom Size = up to 44" Chest. Custom XL = up to 45-47" Chest. Custom XXL = up to 48+" -- XL & XXL requires a design change ( a decorative seam must be made up the center and back of the sweater). Please call or email with questions if you have any. Model is wearing: Ribroll style, with saddle shoulder sleeve. It's the favorite of most buyers.

Mrs. Jennifer, made me a Hoodie & it’s perfect. She asked all the right questions for all my specifications and took the time to do it right; nobody else could have done a better job. Shipping was fast & she did everything she said she would do. Everything I have bought from here is just right! Take care

This is the 2nd sweater I have ordered from Montana Bison Fashion and Furs. I wear my 1st sweater all seasons up in the Idaho mountains. They are the most luxurious, comfortable and most beautiful sweaters i have ever owned or seen. Jennifer is an absolute artist. She is careful with your measurements and design details so that you will receive a sweater of heirloom quality. Her Bison yarn is so comfortable and warm. Jennifer is an absolute artist. So worth it!!! I get questions on where to buy them everytime I wear them! If I had only one piece of clothing to choose it would be one of her sweaters!!!

An amazing piece of clothing. An awesome person to work with, Jennifer takes her time and makes everything perfect. I cannot wait for hunting season to wear this in the extreme cold temperatures in which I hunt. I would definitely recommend the sweater. Thank you so much Montana Bison Fashion and Furs.

Hey this sweater is worth it. Got one in the latte color. It keeps me very warm at work. And plus it looks nice. This designer takes her time and puts details into her work. This is coming from a person who likes to stay warm and enjoys the quality of the material. Worth the price. Im a nurse who works in a hospital. This SWEATER is a life saver. Thank you Jennifer. Buy her products.

Warm is not the right word, extreme warmth is more accuarate. I had a custom sweater made and its great. Just remember bison isn’t all perfect color wise but the suttle variations and shades make it unique. Its a great sweater on its own and layered under a shell its warm beyond belief. Craftsmanship is first class.

Soft, warm and comfortable and everything a good sweater should be. I like the brown colour which is totally natural, it appears uniform from a distance but on closer inspection has very subtle tints and variations. The wool itself feels robust and dense and has a reassuring weight to it. The inclusion of Bison in the wool mix is apparent when you look closely and it makes this jumper special. I like the finishing and styling of the hem, cuffs and collar. The collar in particular really suits the jumper and adds interest in a tasteful way. I can not imagine anything looking better with a pair of jeans but it will go with anything.
