This felted wool coat is one of three unique pieces being offered this season by Montana Bison Fashion & Furs.  The luxurious bison fur collar is lined in soft black stretch velvet, and is designed to snap onto the coat, or to be removed.  This feature allows you to use the bison collar separately as a scarf, neck warmer, or accent to a favorite dress,  sweater or jacket.  It's two designs in one.  Specially placed hook and loop allows you to hold the bison collar in place when not snapped into coat collar.   The coat is lined with an abstract flower print lining (lycra and poly blend - no static) which adds heft and warmth to the garment. Dramatically large elk-antler buttons close the front. A dip in the back adds elegance, style, and warmth.  This is beautiful unique coat is one-of-a-kind.  Measurements are: 38" nape of neck to hem, 33" shoulder front to hem, 32" (64") chest, 35" (70") hip.  Sleeves are designed as 3/4.  Because the bison collars (leg area of the hide) are not symmetrical, we follow their organic shape as much as possible.  This makes construction of the collars and their position unique to each coat.  Large snaps help secure the front closure at the top, and to hold the bison collar in place.  Coat is dry clean only.  Collar is removable, and the bison fur can be simply brushed clean with Lana's Natural Fur Cleaner (see below).
