And every spring from that time, the hills and meadows burst into bloom." - The Legend of the Indian Paintbrush; retold by Tomie dePaola.  My favorite wildflower, Indian Paintbrush, has remained in my summer heart since - forever.  I began my new designs in May 2018, and it was the first cape I created.  Hand cut and appliquéd "paintbrushes" sing over a sunny yellow wool.  A bright batik lining keeps the riotous colors going. A removable bison fur collar keeps you warm. This one-of-a-kind piece fits narrow and large shoulders.  Cape is dry clean only.  Hood is removable, and the bison fur can be simply brushed clean with Lana's Natural Fur Cleaner (see below).
